Hi do you do non-emergency medical transportation?

Ok great. My name is ******** from WholeRoute. Our company is owned by the founder of a Medicaid Transportation Association, and what we do is help providers all over the country get more trips.

And it looks like you registered with Medicaid pretty recently, are you still credentialing or are you already taking trips with a broker?

I'm still credentialing

Ok. So did you already start the application with a broker?

No website

Ok, well this call is going to be perfect timing for you then.

Most of the calls I get are from providers that have been in business for 3-6 months because when you first start, you're basically getting trips that other providers were taking for years and those providers complain to their broker agents.

There are politics involved like any business and so the most important thing is guaranteeing yourself trips. The easiest way is by getting Medicaid recipients to contact you directly, because even though they have to book with the broker, most of them don't know that at first - so when they look you up and call you, you can give them the brokers number and tell them to specifically request your company while booking.

That kills two birds with one stone: it guarantees you trips, and it gets broker agents hearing your company being requested more and more out of no where.

So quick question first, do you already have a website?

I applied but the process is time consuming / frustrating

Yeah, it usually takes a couple months before you start. Brokers definitely don't make contracting with them easy (let customer respond)

Well this call is probably perfect timing for you. Like I said, we help providers get more trips and that's really important starting out. Most of the calls I get are from providers that have been in business for 3-6 months because what happens is when you first start, you're basically getting trips that other providers were taking for years, and those providers complain to their broker agents. There are politics involved like any business.

The easiest way to make sure you're not completely reliant on the broker by getting Medicaid recipients to contact you directly. Even though they have to book with the broker, most of them don't know that at first so when they look you up and call you, you can give them the brokers number and tell them to specifically request your company while booking.

That kills two birds with one stone: it gets you guaranteeing trips for your own benefit, and it gets broker agents hearing your company being requested more and more out of no where.

So quick question first, do you already have a website?

No website

Ok ok, well like I said we help providers starting out make sure they get enough trips both with Medicaid and private pay. I wanted to quickly explain a little bit about how we might be able to help you but if you are far from starting, I could give you a call in a few months. Do you see yourself getting up and running within a couple months or do you think it's going to be a while

"I'm starting in 400 years": Ok no problem, I can give you a call in *******

"I do hope to start soon!": Ok, then this call might be perfect timing for you. Most of the calls I get are from providers that have been in business for 3-6 months who aren't getting enough trips, because what happens is when you first start, you're basically getting trips that other providers were taking for years, and those providers complain to their broker agents. Ok so after you register your NPI, you have to find a broker. Have you heard of ModivCare, Southeastrans, or MTM?

The whole credentialing process goes through them. Actually, one of our clients has a business where she works with new providers and walks them through the process. I could have her get in touch with you if you want.

What's your email? I'll shoot her your contact info after I let you know what we do too! (get email, genius)

This call might be perfect timing for you because most of the calls I get are from providers that have been in business for 3-6 months; what happens is when you first start, you're basically getting trips that other providers were taking for years, and those providers complain to their broker agents. So quick question first, do you already have a website?

No website

Ok no problem; I can take care of that aspect of your business for you.

But first I wanted to ask, are you familiar with, or are you planning on doing private pay at all?

What's private pay?

So when you start transporting people to their appointments, you'll find that most of the health centers you go to pay providers directly out of pocket for their clients that don't have insurance. Those trips pay 2-3 more than broker trips, but health centers are traumatized by dealing with providers that do everything by pen & paper; they don't get reliable pricing, they have to wait hours for trip confirmations, etc.

So we have a trip request form and the way it works is when health centers and customers book trips directly with you, the trip price is calculated automatically, based on your rates. And it doesn't only use a base &mileage rate, it factors every rate you can imagine to make sure you profit on every trip. Customers can literally pay while booking and receive automatic trip booking confirmations. We actually have 100's of providers across the country using it and it really sets you apart when people see it

So I wanted to show you some of our designs and the trip request form first hand, where you can actually send yourself a trip request to see how it works for you and your customers. Do you have a couple minutes? (get email)

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok perfect, give me just a second (send the email!)

Ok, if you can refresh your email let me know when you see my email come in. If you don't see it, it'll be in your spam. (wait until customer sees it)

If you open that up, you'll see where it says 'Test it out' and to see how the trip request form works, click HERE.

Click on the word 'HERE' and that'll open up a little example website with the trip request form on it so you can see everything at once. Let me know what it opens up.

Ok so this is just a quick little example website, if you scroll down you'll see the trip request form, do you see that?

Ok - so this is actually a demo where you can send yourself a trip request to see how it works.

Do you want to test it out or just see some of our website designs?

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok so right there on the trip request form, just type any random numbers into the 'pickup address' and 'drop-off' address fields, and select any of address for each, it doesn't matter what they are.

After that, toward the bottom there's the pickup date - if you see a little calendar icon, click on that, or just click in the box itself, and select any future date, like tomorrow. (wait until they did it)

You'll see some red helper text under the pickup date, all that stuff is customizable so you don't end up with overbooked trips.

So now, click the green button on the bottom and let me know when you see page 2 for passenger information. (wait until they are there)

Ok so on this page, you have to put a first name, last name, phone number and email address. The name and number can be whatever you want, but make sure you put your actual email address in so you receive the trip request.

When you've done that, click the green 'summary' button on the bottom and let me know when you're at the summary page.

Ok so customers can review their trip and go back if they need to make changes, but if everything looks good, below the summary information do you see where it says "Billing Info"? (let customer confirm)

Ok right next to that there's a little button that says 'pay later' -- click on that because obviously you're not really paying for this trip!

Then under that you'll see a little blurb for terms and conditions, click the little button for the terms and conditions too. And once you've done all that, hit the green button again and let me know when you get a popup thanking you for your trip request! (wait until they see it)

Ok so now refresh your email and you'll see two new emails, if you don't see them just check your spam. Open the one that says "New Trip Request from whatever name you used" (wait until customer opens it)

Ok so this is what you get, on the top you get the customer's basic information, below that is the trip information, whether it's a round-trip or one-way, pickup dates, locations, etc.

Then below that is the information that I think is the best part because helps you decide if the trip is worth taking immediately. Office to pickup is how far away the pickup address is from you, so if it's a $200 trip but a 7 hour drive to pick them up, it might not be worth it. If it's a round-trip, you'll see how far away the drop-off address is and how long your driver is going to be waiting, so everything you need to know if you can take the trip or not.

And then you'll see the price breakdown with the total price. If customers pay, the subject of the email will say PAID instead of UNPAID so you'll always know, and we can set the backend with conditions for minimum advance notice and other things so you don't end up committed to trips you can't or aren't sure if you'll be able to take. You can also check out the customer email you received - that's completely customizable as well but it's nice because customers get an automatic professional response as soon as they submit a request.

You can check out the customer email if you want too - that's also customizable and just makes you look really professional when customers automatically receive something like that right after booking.

The trip request form comes with a complete setup and even rates research where we secret shop your competitors to make sure you have the most competitive rate structure and won't have to second guess if a trip is making you money or not.

You also get a high quality pdf flyer that advertises your business and trip request form, you get a list of all the health centers in your area with their contact phone numbers and addresses so you can market from day one.

Now really quickly, we have a couple options for the website, a full suite website and a simpler, 1 page website. Can you go back to that website that had the demo trip request form on it? (let them)

Ok, scroll down and you'll see a map of the US - and on that, click any green state

It takes literally two minutes, do you want to test it out or just see some of our website designs?

I'm too busy!

Ok perfect, so just scroll down and you'll see a map of the US, do you see that?

Just click on any green state, and you'll see URLs to a few of our recent websites, let me know when you have one opened up and I'll just quickly go over what we do. (wait until customer is looking at one)

So your website is the only thing people have to go by to know what kind of a company you are. Our full website comes with up to 10 responsive web pages, we handle every aspect for you from the logo design, to all the text and images. Plus you get the professional job application and incident report forms all included. A lot of providers love the job application form because instead of having to spend time & money on job ad websites, you can have drivers fill everything out and even upload their resumes, and you'll get that right to your email.

We set it up for you in about 14 business days, it can take closer to 3 weeks just depending on revisions; when we finish it we send it to you and go back and forth on any changes you want until you completely love it.

So our full website is only $1,177.00, or two payments of $538.50, and we do not charge anything monthly at all. There's just a once per year maintenance fee of $75, and a once per year domain fee of $20 - but you don't need to worry about either of those until next year.

(if customer wants a better deal): I don't want you to be in a position where you end up struggling for months and end up even tighter on money later, so one other option is a single page website - it's basically the same as any of the home pages of the websites you saw, it includes your about us, services, areas served, features, etc. It just doesn't include the forms but looks just as amazing. I can do that one for only $677.00 and we can even split that into two payments of $338.50 so you can at least have something up to start.

What do you think? (find out which one they want)

I'm too busy!

Ok no problem. Do you have a day or time where you'll have 10 minutes just so I can quickly show you everything we do?

I plan to or I do it 'here and there'

Ok perfect. A lot of providers don't realize that they're in the perfect position to do it. Most of those health centers you go to pay providers directly out of pocket for their clients that don't have insurance and those trips pay 2-3 more than broker trips.. it's such a great amount of money that's usually missed out on.

So this is how we help with that: Health centers are traumatized by dealing with providers that do everything by pen & paper; they don't get reliable pricing, they have to wait hours for trip confirmations, etc.

Ok so you're in a really good position starting Medicaid, because most of those health centers pay providers directly out of pocket for their clients that don't have insurance and those trips pay 2-3 more than broker trips.. it's such a great amount of money that's usually missed out on - the thing is that health centers are basically traumatized by providers doing everything by pen and paper because when you do get busier, it gets a lot harder to give accurate pricing and give quotes and manage billing when they need confirmations pretty much right away.

I or someone I know is building it for me (friends & family)

Ok, is it going to be on Wix or Godaddy? (let customer respond)

I'd say those are the worst ways to build a website, because they are not search engine optimized.

Once example is that if your website isn't 'responsive', which is when text and images shrink and grow based on screen size pixel for pixel, Google penalizes your website and puts you lower on search results. Website builders are 'adaptive' which means you can create a mobile view for your site, but it doesn't account for different size phones; that's when you see text getting cut off, images not sizing right, etc.

We actually specialize in NEMT so I could show you some designs, but what I really wanted to ask you is are you familiar with private pay, or is that something you plan on doing?

Ok no problem. Do you have a day or time where you'll have 10 minutes just so I can quickly show you everything we do?

I have both

Oh perfect! You're going to love me for this call!!!

So right now you're just manually calculating rates and everything right?

Ok so you're in a really good position starting Medicaid, because most of those health centers pay providers directly out of pocket for their clients that don't have insurance and those trips pay 2-3 more than broker trips.. it's such a great amount of money that's usually missed out on - the thing is that health centers are basically traumatized by providers doing everything by pen and paper because when you do get busier, it gets a lot harder to give accurate pricing and give quotes and manage billing when they need confirmations pretty much right away.

So we have a trip request form and the way it works is when health centers and customers book trips directly with you, the trip price is calculated automatically, based on your rates. And it doesn't only use a base &mileage rate, it factors every rate you can imagine to make sure you profit on every trip.

I have a website

Ok perfect, what's the URL I'd love to check it out!

Ok perfect. So are you familiar with private pay, or is that something you plan on doing?

So I wanted to show you how the trip request form first hand, where you can actually send yourself a trip request to see how it works for you and your customers.

I have both

I'm too busy!

Ok no problem. Do you have a day or time where you'll have 10 minutes just so I can quickly show you everything we do?

I only want the website, no private pay

Damn you're stupid bro - bye

Well since you want to start strong with Medicaid, I wanted to know if you had a couple minutes where I could show you some of our website designs just so you know what we do, and we can take it from there. Do you have a few minutes????? (get email)

I take broker trips

Oh then you definitely already know why everyone hates brokers! (pause, let them talk, chat!)

A lot of providers don't know that they actually take 60-80% of what Medicaid pays out, it's insane.

They over-credential too many providers and somehow are allowed to even give trips to Uber drivers that don't have to have the same NEMT insurance so everybody gets less trips overall. (let customer reply)

Are you familiar with private pay / Well why haven't you gotten into private pay yet?

What's private pay?

Private pay is where you get paid directly for trips so you basically get to be your own broker. It's so much better because you set your own rates and make 2-3 times more money per trip, and you don't have to completely rely on the broker.

Most health centers need to pay by card for their uninsured clients, but they get stuck with providers doing everything by pen and paper which means they have to wait too long for confirmations, they don't get reliable pricing and providers forget about trips they committed to since half the time they'll get a private trip request while they're literally driving. Our trip request form has been incredibly successful for providers because it handles the entire booking and payment process for you.

People can go on your website to request a trip and the rates are calculated automatically, no matter how complex your rate structure is, they can pay for the trip while booking, and they receive professional automatic confirmations for their bookings.

So we set it up completely for you, we do rate research in your area to suggest a profitable rate structure , you get a high quality pdf flyer design that you can print and advertise with, AND a list of all the health centers in your area with their addresses and phone numbers.

I have a demo where you can actually send yourself a trip request to see how it works firsthand and it only takes 2 minutes, do you have a couple minutes? (if yes, get email)

I'm too busy!

I can at least show you how it works, it takes 2 minutes.

Is it something you're interested in? Because if so, I can call you back when you'll have a few minutes. (set pipeline)

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok perfect, give me just a second to send it over.

If you refresh your email, you should see it now (wait until they find it)

Ok on the top where it says click here to demo, click there and it'll open up a page for the trip request form.

Ok perfect now scroll down a little bit and you should see the trip request form. So this will take less than two minutes

On the trip request form, do you see see the 'pickup address' and 'drop-off' address fields? Click in them and just start typing numbers and select any random addresses. Do that for both the pickup and the drop-off fields.

After that, toward the bottom there's the pickup date - if you see a little calendar icon, click on that, or just click in the box itself, and select any future date, like tomorrow. (wait until they did it)

You'll see some red helper text, all that stuff is customizable so you don't end up with overbooked trips.

Ok so now refresh your email and you'll see two new emails. Open the one that says "New Trip Request from whatever name you used" (wait until customer opens it)

Ok so this is what you get, on the top you get the customer's basic information, below that is the trip information, whether it's a round-trip or one-way, pickup dates, locations, etc. Then below that you'll get information that helps you decide if the trip is worth taking immediately. Office to pickup is how far away the pickup address is from you, so if it's a $200 trip but a 7 hour driver, it might not be worth it. And then you'll see the price breakdown with the total price.

If customers pay, the subject will say PAID instead of UNPAID so you'll always know, and we can set the backend with conditions for minimum advance notice and other things so you don't end up committed to trips you can't or aren't sure if you'll be able to take.

You can also check out the customer email you received - that's completely customizable as well.

So like I said, the trip request form comes with a complete setup including your payment processor setup and even rates research where we can secret shop your competitors to make sure you have the most profitable but competitive rate structure. You also get a high quality pdf flyer that advertises your business and trip request form, you get a list of all the health centers in your area with their contact phone numbers and addresses so you can market from day one, PLUS we set you up on Google maps so you can be found more easily.

All of that is $877.00 and we take nothing per trip or per month, so you essentially own lifetime access to it.

Ok so since it's an online trip request form, it goes onto your website. What's your website URL?

No website

Well this is your lucky day!

We specialize in only NEMT websites, and there are over 60,000 google searches or Medicaid transportation every month so you can grow so much faster by just being online.

I'm sure you've thought about getting a website set up before, right?

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Well we can set up a really nice and simple 1 page website for just $200 bucks so you can get your trip request form going.

If you want to check out our designs you can go back to the original email I sent you and towards the bottom, you can click where it mentions them; but we're specifically known for designing the best websites for NEMT.

So with your trip request form package AND website, you're looking at $1,077.00. I am able to split it into two payments of $538.50. We have a 14 business day turnaround time so if you're ready to go, I can take all major credit & debit cards

I'm too busy!

Well this is your lucky day. Do you still have the trip request form page opened? Scroll down until you see a map of the US.

Click on any of the green states and you'll see URL's to some of our recent websites and just open up a few of them.

So your website is all people have to go by to know what kind of a company you are. There are so many no-name companies that cancel trips all the time, so you need to have something that sets you apart from everyone else, especially when starting out.

We handle every aspect for you from the logo design, to all the text and images. You get the professional forms all included. Providers love the job application form because instead of having to spend time & money on job ad websites, you can have drivers fill everything out and even upload their resumes, and you'll get that right to your email.

And we have a couple options; The full website which gives you the professional forms and up to 10 web pages is $700.00 on top of your trip request form, so $1,577.00.

We can also do a single page website - it doesn't include the forms but looks just as amazing and includes everything you need for advertising, and we can do that for $200.00 extra, so $1,077.00 for everything.

We do not charge anything monthly at all. There's just a once per year maintenance fee of $75, and a once per year domain fee of $20 - but you don't need to worry about either of those until next year.

What do you think? (find out which one they want and CLOSE)

I or someone I know is building it for me (friends & family)

Ok, is it going to be on Wix or Godaddy? (let customer respond)

I'd strongly recommend against using those services because they are not search engine optimized.

We are the only company that specializes in websites or NEMT, and our prices are surprisingly low.

Do you want to stick to getting the trip request form or do you want to see some of our designs?

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok perfect, do you still have the page open for the trip request demo? Scroll down until you see a map of the US, and click on any green state. Click on a state and then you'll see URLs, and just open up a few to check them out.

OR scroll to bottom of the original email I sent you and you'll see where you can click to view our designs. on the page that loads, scroll down until you see a map of the US, and click on any green state. Click on a state and then you'll see URLs, and just open up a few to check them out.

(wait til customer is looking at a website)

What do you think? (find out which one they want and close)

I'm too busy!

Ok no problem, we can always help you out later with your website if you need it.

So if you want to just get the trip request form, that includes your complete setup, rates research & formulation, your pdf flyer design, and list of health center leads for $877.00. Like I said you pay nothing else ever, so you basically own lifetime access, and we have a 14 business day turnaround time. That's all in the email I sent you for your records.

So I can take any credit or debit card when you're ready - preferably not American Express HAHAHA.

Bush did 9/11

Jet fuel doesn't melt steel. Join the movement good sir/madame!

I have a website

Ok perfect.

So we have a 14 day turnaround time, you get the trip request form, we can add it onto your website for you, it includes the full backend setup and rates research & formulation, along with your pdf flyer design and list of health center leads, and that's all in the email I sent you for your records. I take any major credit & debit cards when you're ready, preferably not American Express HAHAHA.

I plan to or I do it 'here and there'

Ok awesome; private pay is so much better because you set your own rates and make 2-3 times more money per trip, and you don't have to completely rely on the broker.

Health centers are traumatized by providers doing everything by pen and paper because they have to wait too long for confirmations, they don't get reliable pricing and providers forget about trips they committed to since half the time they'll get a private trip request while they're literally driving.

Our trip request form has been incredibly successful for providers because it handles the entire booking and payment process for you. It lets customers go on your website to request a trip and the rates are calculated automatically, no matter how complex your rate structure is, they can pay for the trip while booking, and they receive professional automatic confirmations for their bookings.

We set it up completely for you, we do rate research in your area to suggest a profitable rate structure , you get a high quality pdf flyer design that you can print and advertise with, AND a list of all the health centers in your area with their addresses and phone numbers.

If you have a few minutes I can actually show you it by you sending yourself a trip request to see how it works. (get email if they agree)

I have both

Oh perfect! Whenever I talk to someone that already does private pay they almost can't believe their eyes

We set it up completely for you and give you some free marketing material.

I have a demo where you can actually send yourself a trip request on it to see exactly how it works and it takes 2 minutes. If you have time, what's your email?

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok perfect, give me just a second to get this over to you.

Ok so if you can refresh your email let me know when you see my email come in.

Ok so now if you open that up, there's a lot of information right toward the top you'll see a red button that says 'Click to Demo'. Click on that and it'll open up the trip request form, let me know when it's opened up.

Ok perfect so this is the trip request form and when you do this demo, you'll actually receive the trip request and automatic 'customer email' after submitting it.

So here on page 1 where you see the 'pickup address' and 'drop-off' address fields. Click in them and just start typing numbers and select any random addresses.

After that, toward the bottom there's the pickup date - if you see a little calendar icon, click on that, or just click in the box itself, and select any future date, like tomorrow.

You can also check out the customer email you received - that's completely customizable as well.

Now the trip request form is great, but it's not a complete package. So the trip request form comes with a complete setup including your payment processor setup and even rates research where we can secret shop your competitors to make sure you have the most profitable but competitive rate structure. You also get a high quality pdf flyer that advertises your business and trip request form, you get a list of all the health centers in your area with their contact phone numbers and addresses so you can market from day one, PLUS we set you up on Google maps so you can be found more easily.

Most people think all of that is going to be some crazy cost plus another $200 per month or some percentage; but we're currently building other things in the hopes that you'll be interested in hearing us out on them later. And the only way that's going to happen is if you actually benefit from this - so we do NOT charge monthly or per trip at all, you own lifetime access to the trip request form for $877.00 and nothing more ever.

Since it's an online trip request form, it goes onto your website. What's your website URL?

I only want the website, no private pay

Ok no problem. So when it comes to Medicaid, the owners dad became the biggest provider in NH doing 200-250 trips per day, and one of the simplest ways is just by being online.

There are over 60,000 google searches for Medicaid transportation every month, most members don't know to call the broker at first so getting them to find you first lets give them the brokers number and make sure they request your company when booking.

Do you already have a website set up??

No website

Ok, then this is the most important call you'll get for your business.

Our company is the only company that specializes in NEMT and because of that, we build websites that actually make you money. In truth, a website that isn't set up correctly can literally work against you.

Our websites include all the content that Google uses to rank you higher on search results for people looking for transportation services, and we're surprisingly cheap - we don't charge monthly at all.

If you have a couple minutes I could at least show you a couple of our designs?? (get email if yes)

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok perfect, give me just a second (send the email!)

Ok, if you can refresh your email let me know when you see my email come in. (wait until customer sees it)

Sometimes money can be tight when starting out, so we can also do a single page website - it doesn't include the forms but looks just as amazing and includes everything you need for advertising, and we can do that for $677.00. We do not charge anything monthly at all. Website builders are 'adaptive' which means you can create a mobile view for your site, but it doesn't account for different size phones; that's when you see text getting cut off, images not sizing right, etc.

We are the only company that specializes in websites or NEMT, and our prices are shockingly low cost.

You'll be amazed by our designs if I can show you them, do you have a couple minutes? (if yes, get email)

"my email is 'yoyo@yoyoyo.com"

Ok perfect, give me just a second (send the email!)

Ok, if you can refresh your email let me know when you see my email come in. (wait until customer sees it)

If you open that up, one of the first things you'll see is a few links of some of our recent websites, just click and open a couple of them. (wait until customer is viewing a website)

And we have a couple options; The full website which gives you the professional forms and up to 10 web pages is $1,177.00. Sometimes money can be tight when starting out, so we can also do a single page website - it doesn't include the forms but looks just as amazing and includes everything you need for advertising, and we can do that for $677.00. We do not charge anything monthly at all. There's just a once per year maintenance fee of $75, and a once per year domain fee of $20 - but you don't need to worry about either of those until next year.

What do you think? (find out which one they want)

I'm too busy!

I can call you when your less busy but because I schedule so many calls I like to make sure you're actually interested so I don't bother you too much. So generally speaking, getting your company set up online is something you want to get started, right?
