Ok so right there on the trip request form, just type any random numbers into the 'pickup address' and 'drop-off' address fields, and select any of address for each, it doesn't matter what they are.
After that, toward the bottom there's the pickup date - if you see a little calendar icon, click on that, or just click in the box itself, and select any future date, like tomorrow. (wait until they did it)
You'll see some red helper text under the pickup date, all that stuff is customizable so you don't end up with overbooked trips.
So now, click the green button on the bottom and let me know when you see page 2 for passenger information. (wait until they are there)
Ok so on this page, you have to put a first name, last name, phone number and email address. The name and number can be whatever you want, but make sure you put your actual email address in so you receive the trip request.
When you've done that, click the green 'summary' button on the bottom and let me know when you're at the summary page.
Ok so customers can review their trip and go back if they need to make changes, but if everything looks good, below the summary information do you see where it says "Billing Info"? (let customer confirm)
Ok right next to that there's a little button that says 'pay later' -- click on that because obviously you're not really paying for this trip!
Then under that you'll see a little blurb for terms and conditions, click the little button for the terms and conditions too. And once you've done all that, hit the green button again and let me know when you get a popup thanking you for your trip request! (wait until they see it)
Ok so now refresh your email and you'll see two new emails, if you don't see them just check your spam. Open the one that says "New Trip Request from whatever name you used" (wait until customer opens it)
Ok so this is what you get, on the top you get the customer's basic information, below that is the trip information, whether it's a round-trip or one-way, pickup dates, locations, etc.
Then below that is the information that I think is the best part because helps you decide if the trip is worth taking immediately. Office to pickup is how far away the pickup address is from you, so if it's a $200 trip but a 7 hour drive to pick them up, it might not be worth it. If it's a round-trip, you'll see how far away the drop-off address is and how long your driver is going to be waiting, so everything you need to know if you can take the trip or not.
And then you'll see the price breakdown with the total price. If customers pay, the subject of the email will say PAID instead of UNPAID so you'll always know, and we can set the backend with conditions for minimum advance notice and other things so you don't end up committed to trips you can't or aren't sure if you'll be able to take. You can also check out the customer email you received - that's completely customizable as well but it's nice because customers get an automatic professional response as soon as they submit a request.
You can check out the customer email if you want too - that's also customizable and just makes you look really professional when customers automatically receive something like that right after booking.
The trip request form comes with a complete setup and even rates research where we secret shop your competitors to make sure you have the most competitive rate structure and won't have to second guess if a trip is making you money or not.
You also get a high quality pdf flyer that advertises your business and trip request form, you get a list of all the health centers in your area with their contact phone numbers and addresses so you can market from day one.
Now really quickly, we have a couple options for the website, a full suite website and a simpler, 1 page website. Can you go back to that website that had the demo trip request form on it? (let them)
Ok, scroll down and you'll see a map of the US - and on that, click any green state
